If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return a product for a refund within 30 Days. You may return defective products for a replacement within 90 days (If available - No refunds will be granted after 30 days). For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs. Weeklycloseouts will provide a pre-paid return label if the item is defective or incorrectly shipped however the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund if the product returned is not defective upon inspection. If we cannot reproduce the reason for a defective return, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless the product is shipped back to the customer at their own expense. A non-defective return will be charged a 15% restock fee. If a defective product was purchased from Weeklycloseouts as Sealed, Open Box, or Refurbished, the manufacturer Warranty applies. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance or contact us prior to purchasing for specific warranty details. Refunds will be processed to the customer's account 3-5 days after the return has been received at the authorized facility. Returned product must be complete, in original boxes and packaging materials and contain all software, accessories, and blank warranty cards provided at time of original purchase. Customer will be charged the replacement cost of missing, damaged, or altered products and accessories, or returns may be refused at our discretion. Software may be returned only if the factory seal remains intact and is subject to the remainder of this policy.
